Aaron Wylde is known around the NHL as a playboy. He likes woman and he’s not ashamed to admit it. He’s a professional athlete and is no stranger to the status that goes along with that. He’s not looking for anything serious, but when he sees a gorgeous red head while out on a run, he finds it hard to stay away.

The minute Clark Webber meets Wylde, she can tell he’s a jock. What she doesn’t realize is that he’s a professional hockey player, and with that comes a certain level of fame. Fame she’s tried very hard to avoid since her brush with it years ago. She doesn’t want to like him, but the more time they spend together, the more she realizes that not all famous people are the same. Can she put aside her past and trust in Aaron or will the famous Wylde be too much to handle?

The Arizona Vengeance is one of my favorite series from Sawyer Bennett. Wylde drew me in from the very beginning, and I read this book in one sitting. I didn’t want to put it down. Ever since Tacker’s book, I’ve been intrigued by Wylde and this book just solidified him as one of my top 3 guys from the Vengeance team. Wylde is sweet and caring but isn’t afraid to throw down when he needs to. And Clarke, I loved her, she’s smart and not afraid to put Aaron in his place. They are the perfect match. I never want this series to end!
