‘Royally Not Ready’ was everything I hoped it would be. It had moments that had me laughing out loud, which I’ve come to expect from any Meghan Quinn novel. It had angst, it had drama, it had moments that were gut-wrenching, and it had some of the steamiest moments ever. Let me tell you, I think this is hands down, the spiciest Meghan Quinn book I’ve ever read. 

I adored everything about Lilly. She’s a freaking hoot, I loved every minute of her pushing Keller’s buttons, and pushing him over the edge! She’s strong and caring, and truly one of my all-time favorite Meghan Quinn heroines.

As for Keller, this man is freaking swoony! He’s that all-encompassing alpha, he’s a protector at heart, but let me tell you, inside the bedroom, this man is straight fire. He had his moments where I wanted to slap him, but they just made me love him even more! 

The chemistry between Keller and Lilly inside and outside of the bedroom is straight up palpable. And the setting for this story, I felt like I could picture the landscape and the castles. Just everything in this story was fantastic, and I think it’s one of my top reads of 2022.

So there I was selling bikinis out of my truck in South Beach Miami, getting ready to kick off a wet t-shirt contest when the world’s biggest grouch approached me – Keller Fitzwilliam.

Because Mr. Ice Pick was put to the task of training me and he’s not just cold as ice, he’s pompous, aggravating, and possessive. And did I mention we have to share a bathroom in a tiny castle?

We are oil and water every single day and even though he’s training me to be queen, I have this simmering desire to kneel before him.
