I devoured this book, I couldn’t put it down. I read it in one afternoon. It was that good!! From the characters to the setting, everything about this second chance romance was phenomenal.
Reed and Ava’s story has me so jazzed for the rest of the Madigan Mountain series! Their relationship imploded 10 years prior in an unfortunate way, and they haven’t seen each other since. I could feel the tension during their first encounter, as much as I wanted to punch Reed, the more I read, the more I realized why he did what he did.
The back and forth between these two is fantastic, their chemistry never went away, but watching them try and navigate their way back to each other was beautiful. I cannot wait for the next books in this series, I have a feeling it’s going to be one of my favorite series!
